Our Story

The story of A-1 Jas Quality Homes began when Jaswinder Sahota first immigrated to Canada over 50 years ago. He immediately began his humble beginnings into construction work as a residential roofer. With a strong drive and ambition for success, Jaswinder began his own roofing company in 1986. Jaswinder quickly had ambitions to grow his career to home building. He started his first home project in the suburbs of Richmond in the early 90s. He quickly developed a passion and love for home building. He convinced his wife, Neelam, to work along his side while they continued the pursuit of excellence and perfection, one home at a time. The company now builds up to 3-4 spec homes a year and now expanded to include his children who have quickly taken in his footsteps of home building.

A-1 Jas Quality Homes Ltd. has had the pleasure of building well over 30 homes throughout British Columbia. With a primary focus on single detached homes, Jaswinder has also begin building duplexes and laneways/coach homes.
